We only collect what you give us directly:

  • Work with us form: your name, email address, and resume/CV.
  • Call scheduling: your name and email when you book a call through Cal.com.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate applications, or schedule a call. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.

Data Storage

Form submissions are stored in Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel and Google Cloud, both of which maintain industry-standard security certifications.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Firebase / Google Cloud: data storage and backend services.
  • Vercel: website hosting and deployment.
  • Cal.com: call scheduling. When you book a call, Cal.com processes your name and email under their own privacy policy.

Cookies

We keep it minimal. This site does not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. We only use essential cookies required for the website to function properly.

Your Rights

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectify any inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete your personal data from our systems.
  • Object to processing of your data.

Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose it was collected for. Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months. Job applications are retained for up to 6 months after the position is filled. You can request deletion at any time.
